Activity: In a classroom, the teacher can use this book to introduce a lesson on cultural diversity. The teacher can read the students the book emphasizing what he/she feels necessary. From there the students can be asked to complete a visual project or small group activity that can include their on culture or a culture they would like to become familiar with.
